Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence
• Lead enterprise functions including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Procurement, and Portfolio Management
• Focus on strategic execution, transparency, and data-informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 15 years of finance and accounting leadership experience
• Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, procurement, and accounting operations
• Experience in nonprofit compliance and reporting
• Leadership background in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
