Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 15 years of finance and accounting leadership experience
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, procurement, and accounting operations
- Experience in nonprofit compliance and reporting
- Leadership background in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
