Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with SG&A leaders to develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
• Lead variance analysis and provide financial insights on performance against budget/forecast
• Utilize Adaptive Planning for budget templates, forecasting processes, and management reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance
• 3+ years in the biotech or pharmaceuticals industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial systems, preferably Adaptive Planning; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint
