A company is looking for a Director of Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and insights to the leadership team and department heads
• Lead financial reporting and prepare comprehensive financial materials for meetings
• Oversee the development of financial models and performance management of key SaaS metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 7-10+ years of experience in strategic finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in a high-growth SaaS environment with expertise in subscription revenue models
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario planning
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams
