Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst (Doctor Compensation).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate compensation calculations, reports, and payment schedules for providers
• Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation payments and maintain documentation of methodologies and compliance reviews
• Assist with budget forecasting, compensation tracking systems, and prepare payroll entries according to deadlines

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis; physician compensation experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• No specific licenses or credentials required
