Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning processes
• Act as the primary finance partner to Senior Executives, shaping and evaluating strategic priorities
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in financial planning systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in large-scale finance environments and high-growth organizations
• Expertise in building and operationalizing FP&A processes
• Strong systems orientation with experience in financial planning systems and BI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, or a quantitative field; MBA is a strong plus
