Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in general accounting duties, including creating annual and quarterly forecasts
- Manage the revenue recognition process and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Act as a strategic partner for financial, operational, and client matters, producing monthly variance reports and budget analyses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 7-9 years of relevant work experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong accounting skills and technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PeopleSoft
- Demonstrated consistency in values and a commitment to client services
