Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Global Sales Commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the Global Sales Incentive Plan, including plan distribution and data validation
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate data for sales compensation calculations
- Oversee monthly account analysis, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with policies and SOX controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Corporate accounting experience within a public company is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting for costs under IFRS 15 or ASC 606
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERPs and incentive compensation tools
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to build effective relationships across teams
