Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to conduct walkthroughs and create process maps for risk and control identification
• Collaborate with risk owners to develop robust controls and assist in enhancing control frameworks
• Manage issues and ensure timely completion of corrective action plans to address control gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience in developing/managing risks and controls
• Experience in the banking and/or fintech industry
• Proficient in mapping complex processes and identifying risks
• Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations
