Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align financial outlook with strategic initiatives and operational goals
• Own the OpEx budgeting cycles and ensure financial objectives are analyzed and incorporated into planning
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for management and investors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate or operations finance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience with Workday Adaptive or similar financial planning tools
• Elite Excel skills
• Ability to synthesize complex financial information into concise outputs
