Senior Manager of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into actionable strategies
• Own P&L accountability for assigned areas and oversee month-end close, forecasting, and budget cycles
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals while fostering a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years in financial planning or corporate finance, including 3+ years of team leadership
• Advanced analytical skills with deep knowledge of P&L, forecasting, and corporate budgeting
• Proven experience partnering across departments with sound business judgment
• Familiarity with manufacturing cost principles and GAAP
