Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial aid assistance to prospective and enrolled students
• Counsel students on financial aid eligibility, application procedures, and payment options
• Support compliance with federal, state, and internal policies regarding financial aid programs

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Financial Aid experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with MS Office and database software systems is essential
• Salesforce experience is a plus
