Cloud FinOps Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud FinOps Analyst, Cloud Efficiency and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high visibility projects and guide investments with quantitative analysis
• Analyze cloud infrastructure costs by monitoring extensive data across multiple clouds
• Develop models and insights using spreadsheets, spark jobs, and ML algorithms

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Python and SQL
• Understanding of major cloud providers' product offerings (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience in financial analysis, cloud billing, cloud infrastructure analysis, or data engineering/data science
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and iterate on complex problems
