CPA Financial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SEC reporting staff to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and timelines
• Prepare and review all public filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, while managing the SEC process
• Communicate with auditors regarding financial reporting matters and assist in the audit of financial statements

Required Qualifications

• CPA with a minimum of 8 years of public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL
• Experience in the banking industry is preferred
• Familiarity with the Workiva system is preferred
