Finance Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FinTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of developers and application analysts
• Collaborate with product teams to build and execute product and technology roadmaps
• Oversee the quality, scalability, and reliability of financial technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Finance systems
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications (preferably Workday, Zuora)
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery and project management tools such as JIRA
