Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze condominium project documentation and render decisions based on agency and company guidelines
• Review appraisals to ensure compliance with agency property standards and condominium project requirements
• Maintain approval lists, respond to Condo Tickets, and update policies and procedures as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field
• Knowledge and experience in reviewing property types, appraisal reviews, and financial statements
• Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional Agency loans
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
