Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience, including investment banking or management consulting background
• 2-4+ years in a strategic finance or business operations leadership role at a startup
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Experience with CRM and RevOps tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive project execution effectively
