Healthcare Regional Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Finance Director in Healthcare (Practice Management) to join their Financial Operations team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting and analytics for regional leadership and manage forecasting and budgeting processes
• Engage with Physicians and Practice Leadership to communicate financial results and provide strategic support
• Conduct analysis of practice financial results and oversee practice operating expenses and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree and/or CPA preferred
• 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a management role
• 7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Valuations, Controllership, or similar roles
• Experience in Healthcare Services, particularly in cancer care or hospital administration, is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
