Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly re-forecasting across multiple business units
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models and prepare consolidated P&L statements, analyzing variances and presenting insights to management
• Partner with various teams to optimize revenues, manage costs, and deliver management reporting and dashboards to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy consulting, preferably in media or digital content
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and expertise in BI tools and ERP/financial systems
• Proven experience working with large data sets and delivering actionable business insights
• Fluency in English and Russian, with additional certifications like MBA, CIMA, or ACCA being a plus
