Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
