CPA Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, SEC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all external financial reporting including SEC filings and press releases
• Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and footnote disclosures
• Coordinate and update SEC filing drafts throughout the preparation and review process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Public accounting or SEC reporting experience within a publicly traded company
• Must have a CPA license or a plan to obtain one within three to five years
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with Microsoft applications
