Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to assist with financial reconciliations and support critical financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reconciling loss fund payments with claims data, financial records, and bank statements
- Collaborate on investigating and resolving financial discrepancies with internal teams and customers
- Document processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or analytical role, preferably with a TPA or an insurance company
- Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel; experience with visualization tools is a plus
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with claims management processes is preferred but not required
