A company is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) Adaptive Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to the FP&A team with financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Translate financial data into actionable insights, serving as a bridge between accounting and FP&A
• Enhance reporting, budgeting, and scenario modeling using expertise in Adaptive Insights

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of key financial drivers and metrics
• Strong FP&A fundamentals and business acumen
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a lean team environment
• Experience with financial planning and reporting tools, specifically Adaptive Insights
• Mid-senior level experience in a related role
