A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to provide personalized retirement planning consultations to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and respond to customer inquiries regarding retirement planning
- Educate customers on plan specifics, distribution options, and retirement account advantages
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve service requests, and assist customers in achieving their retirement goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
- Demonstrated success in performance-oriented roles, particularly in asset growth and retention
- Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Experience handling stressful situations and interactions with clients
