Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, product, and execution across all lending functions, managing P&L and balance sheet performance
• Deploy lending strategies to enhance revenue and capital efficiency while ensuring regulatory readiness
• Design innovative yield solutions for institutional clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in crypto or traditional finance focused on lending and credit structuring
• Proven ability to manage balance sheet ROI and credit risk
• Strong background working with institutional clients and designing aligned lending products
• Track record of scaling financial products and executing strategic initiatives
• Solid understanding of risk-adjusted return metrics and financial modeling
