Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget and monthly forecast process, preparing guidelines and worksheets for departments
• Monitor adherence to approved budgets and ensure compliance across divisions and departments
• Coordinate variance analysis and present findings to management, making recommendations for financial planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• Seven or more years of finance or accounting experience
• Experience with accounting principles and accounting software and databases
• Experience in financial analysis
