Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst for a contract position that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide complex financial analysis for the divested business unit and consult with finance teams on P&L actions
• Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet, perform reconciliations of revenues and costs, and prepare monthly summaries
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and represent the finance of the divested business unit

Required Qualifications

• First level university degree in business or economics or equivalent experience
• Typically, 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
• Intermediate level knowledge of tactical accounting and financial analysis
• Experience with GAAP, financial analysis, and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and manual journal entries is mandatory
