Senior Capital Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Planning & Stress Testing Analyst Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for stress testing execution by updating policies and facilitating cross-functional meetings
• Support program management of the stress testing process and execute deliverables from the central finance team
• Assist with capital-related initiatives and provide analytical support for additional finance projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) required
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in banking, finance, risk management, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with regulatory capital requirements and stress testing frameworks
• Experience with data analysis tools or statistical software is preferred
