Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Coordinator to oversee daily financial operations and support the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain a chart of accounts
- Track and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure positive cash flow
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support annual audits
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance and/or accounting role
- Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with data analysis for accuracy and trends
- Familiarity with Quickbooks/Expensify is preferred
