A company is looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator to support partnerships and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and forecasting
- Manage high-volume data entry with accuracy, meeting timelines and compliance metrics
- Develop and improve operational processes for existing and new services/partners
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in financial reporting and/or operations
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial or analytical field
- Experience in small companies or startups; familiarity with marketplaces is a plus
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs
- Experience in designing and executing scalable processes in operations-intensive environments
