Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for product add-ons and R&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial planning process for R&D teams, including modeling and forecasting
• Partner with R&D leadership to guide financial strategy for product initiatives
• Prepare reporting and financial presentations for internal senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in FP&A with 7+ years of relevant management experience
• Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with financial and visualization software
• Expert level skills in building financial models and establishing scenario planning frameworks
