Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from the finance and accounting function
• Oversee the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle management, and payroll accuracy
• Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; master's degree or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience as a Controller or Director of Finance in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and sales tax liability management
