Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for tax profile inquiries and manage cases for assigned customer teams
- Maintain and update customer tax profiles in internal systems and support proactive customer cases regarding data anomalies
- Review payroll tax data and meet strict deadlines for reports and inquiries to support business needs
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Payroll tax experience
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong background in multistate tax jurisdiction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience in payroll tax outsourcing is preferred
