Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations related to accounts payable, receivable, cash management, and banking
• Coordinate with third-party accounting support to produce financial statements and manage audits
• Analyze financial data to set accurate unit pricing and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related real estate industry experience or 4 years of financial experience
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Experience with financial management platforms such as Ramp, Entrata, or Yardi preferred
• Proven ability to manage relationships with third-party accounting firms
• Experience in budget reporting and financial analysis
