Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure visibility into business drivers
• Act as a trusted partner to the executive team, translating business strategy into actionable financial plans
• Lead investor relations activities, including financial storytelling and market guidance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in FP&A and investor relations
• Experience in a public company or leading IPO preparation and execution
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key financial metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Technically proficient in financial modeling and modern finance technologies
