Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 12 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, or Business Economics within healthcare or related fields
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
• Strong understanding of healthcare-specific financial models and reimbursement systems
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
