Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value delivery
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
• Oversee monthly financial close, KPI management, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Master's degree in Accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting and operational processes and technologies
