Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee financial planning and analysis, audit, and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual audit activities and ensure compliance with internal and external policies
• Develop multi-year financial models and contribute to annual budget planning
• Prepare financial reports and communicate insights to support decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in non-profit accounting and grant management
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and 2 CFR part 200 regulations
• Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Strong demonstrated advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Personal qualities of integrity and a commitment to the mission
