Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join their Yield Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments to collection accounts and reconcile with bank transactions, ensuring timely posting
• Perform cash application functions in accordance with corporate and client requirements
• Research discrepancies and accurately apply payments to the correct claims while maintaining compliance with relevant laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of healthcare claims is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of industry standards related to cash processes
