Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, synthesize, and analyze monthly financial and business performance results for executive leadership
• Build and maintain detailed operational and financial forecast models to inform initiatives
• Assist with capital allocation decisions, investor reporting, and fundraising materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate FP&A, or financial consulting
• Healthcare services experience, particularly with healthcare providers, is strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Foundational accounting and finance knowledge
