Key Responsibilities
- Influence business and product strategy through data-driven insights
- Perform deep-dive analyses on customer service data and translate results into actionable business insights
- Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, behavioral sciences, or a similar quantitative field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally as an analyst in the customer care sector
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
- Prior experience using Looker, Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools is preferred
- Experience with subscription-business models or marketing-driven businesses is a plus
