A company is looking for a Staff Analytics Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models using tools like dbt, Redshift, Looker, and Hex
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data solutions that inform decision-making
• Drive improvements in processes and technical architecture with a company-wide impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of composite data experience, with 4+ years in analytics engineering
• Advanced proficiency with dbt and experience in designing transformation layers
• Expert SQL skills and a strong understanding of data modeling best practices
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Looker, including dashboard development
