Data Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate accurate and timely tuition and employer benefit dollars across the payment marketplace
• Investigate and resolve inquiries related to data exchange and validation, collaborating cross-functionally
• Identify risks in operational processes and develop mitigation strategies while executing data exchange and validation processes

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of operational experience in similar or related customer- or vendor-facing roles
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Excel
• Background in or knowledge of higher education is a strong plus
• Ability to work effectively on multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Eager to use a data-driven approach to build scalable solutions
