Data Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Analysis to support analytic data needs for assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize data analysis needs to control medical costs and ensure quality healthcare delivery
• Coordinate analysis and development initiatives with cross health plan initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts while performing analysis and reporting to support the Health Plan and Corporate

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Previous experience in a lead role managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and various data reporting tools
• Understanding of health insurance business and claims payment procedures preferred
