Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for employee engagement metrics
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and present findings to HR and business leaders
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Management to provide data-driven insights and support engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR data analytics
• Advanced proficiency in BI Reporting Tools such as DOMO, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and survey platforms
• Demonstrated flexibility and curiosity in navigating data-related challenges
