Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for employee engagement metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and present findings to HR and business leaders
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Management to provide data-driven insights and support engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in BI Reporting Tools such as DOMO, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and survey platforms
- Demonstrated flexibility and curiosity in navigating data-related challenges
