Business Intelligence Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the EMS revenue cycle operations team by analyzing performance and recommending improvements
• Manage the business intelligence team and workflow, including project management and technical support
• Prepare data visualization tools and reports for various audiences, ensuring accuracy and clarity

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of financial/business analytical experience, preferably in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare/Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (MA/MS preferred)
• Experience with visual analytics dashboards and reporting tools, with Power BI preferred
• Familiarity with modern relational databases; Snowflake experience strongly preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of data manipulation tools and Microsoft Office 365 applications
