Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for visualizing operational data

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role
• Proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with other BI tools
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and dashboard design best practices
• Prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
