Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BI Analyst to support business intelligence efforts through data analysis and report development.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform operational data into actionable insights and support standardized report delivery
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and proactively analyze data for process improvements
• Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent SQL experience
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical thinking and data quality mindset
• Knowledge of Microsoft reporting stack, including Power BI and Power Automate is a plus
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to feedback
