Director of Provider Network Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Provider Network Management & Analytics (Medicare).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the measurement and reporting of critical provider analytics, including Network Adequacy
• Develop and implement strategies for Provider Network and Contracts across all business lines
• Manage multiple analytic projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in analytics, preferably in Healthcare or Payer fields
• 3-5 years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Strong executive-level client-facing skills
• Highly organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines
