Manager of Store Labor Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Store Labor Optimization (REMOTE).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute labor strategy to maximize labor dollars and drive sales efficiency
• Collaborate with the Peer WFM Manager on labor tool inputs and outputs
• Manage a team of Labor Analysts, overseeing staffing and performance management

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a focus on finance or business
• 5 years of experience in financial analytics, with at least 3 years in retail/labor operational analytics preferred
• Experience with labor allocation in a large retail environment is strongly preferred
• Strong experience with Kronos, Zebra/Reflexis, and SAP Finance is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WFM tools, and Business Objects or similar tools
