Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Store Labor Optimization (REMOTE).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute labor strategy to maximize labor dollars and drive sales efficiency
- Collaborate with the Peer WFM Manager on labor tool inputs and outputs
- Manage a team of Labor Analysts, overseeing staffing and performance management
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a focus on finance or business
- 5 years of experience in financial analytics, with at least 3 years in retail/labor operational analytics preferred
- Experience with labor allocation in a large retail environment is strongly preferred
- Strong experience with Kronos, Zebra/Reflexis, and SAP Finance is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WFM tools, and Business Objects or similar tools
