Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst II to support various functional areas with data insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for cross-functional department leads
• Analyze ad hoc data and provide insights to key teams including Operations, HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance
• Collaborate with the Datawarehouse team to create standard reports and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Five (5) + years of experience in a financial analyst, business intelligence, or data analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerBI and Excel
• Experience with clinical and claims data, along with advanced SQL skills
• Predictive analytics and Snowflake experience are a plus
